Urgency is a condition. A situation that requires immediate and rapid interventions. Naples, like other cities in southern Italy, has been experiencing this situation for some time. Returning to the city after years has prompted in me a profound reflection on the ability or not to accommodate any social, urban and cultural intervention proposed in recent years. An unchangeable texture. I found again what I had left almost forty years earlier.
